Eustress – a positive form of stress(motivational)-enables someone to complete the jobs/projects

Distress – a negative form of stress – affects people through fear, frustration or anger

Under Stress – occurs when someone is not experiencing positive stress - can lead more problems and produce boredom & hopelessness

Over Stress – Outcome of stress – occurs when someone is being pushed too hard to meet deadlines
