When to use the present perfect?

1)Actions that happened in the past but which has a result in the present.

Look! The boy has spilt coffee here.Oh! You have drunk the tea. The glass

is empty.I have learned English.Ali has played football.

2) Actions that are completed up to now without stating a specific time:

We have already bought a new car.They have called you.

3) Actions that started in the past and continues into the present:

I’ve lived in London for three years.
