Scroll down and click on Prescribed

books

Existing users login

New users register

This login box will appear. Type in the login details. Click on forgot password to change your password.

Register if you are a first time user and follow the

instruction

Follow the instructions to create your profile.

Please look at the password requirements.

Click on Search and choose applicable option.

If you choose ISBN searchno space between numbers

Type the title in and click on search

If the applicable title is not available on the system.

Click on “Can’t find the book and follow the instructions.

Click on add to list if it is the correct title.

The system will notify you when the procedure was

succesful

Click on Wish Listand look for the

title.

Click on add prescribed icon.

Complete the formAnd choose the

applicable categoryNB: INDICATE IF IT IS A PRESCRIBED BOOK OR

RECOMMENDED BOOKS

NB: Choose the correct month

and estimated no. of students under

quantity.

Click on prescribed and choose the applicable choice.

• My Prescribed books to see a list of the title that you have added

• Requirement overview. List of the whole department

Explanation for the icons.• Blue icon recommended title• Red prescribed book

Export to excell

The prescribed list will appearYou will then be able to export to

excel.

Export to excel

Excel list will appear.Save it and send it to the lecturer to confirm
