Prehistoric Art can be divide in to three period1. Paleolithic – Cave Paintings, Venus Figures2. Mesolithic – Simple, 3. Neolithic- Figures, Pottery and Megalithic

Rock art consists of five principle motifs,Human figures, Animals, Tool and Weapons, Rudimentary local Maps and Symbols.

Mesolithic PeriodMesolithic Art differ from Paleolithic art. No naturalistic figures are present.

Neolithic Period

The Neolithic period, also called New Stone Age, began when men first developed agriculture and settled in permanent villages. It ended with the discovery of bronze.
