Before I started the MCBS program at Full Sail University, I was meandering in college.
I didn’t have a concrete goal in mind.
I had always thought I wanted to bake, so I enrolled in culinary
school.
But then I had to cook as well as bake, cooking is not my idea of a
good time.
I liked to bake at home, but as it turned out, I wasn’t a fan of
baking in a classroom setting.
Because of that I dropped out of the culinary program.
Dropping out of the culinary program was not an easy decision because I had been waitlisted for that particular program for over a
year.
Because of that I was upset and didn’t know what I wanted to
major in any longer.
I was lost after dropping out of the culinary program and started to think about just getting a county job and not pursuing my college
career any longer.
Because of that my mother advised me to go into a field that I could
utilize my love for technology and writing.
I wasn’t sure how to do that though.
I knew that I loved networking and social media, as well as blogging
my thoughts.
But how
was I supposed to turn that into a career?
I wasn’t sure what path I should take.
Until finally a friend of mine told me about Full Sail University.
I reached out to the student resources and had my meeting with my student liaison and we
figured the exact Full Sail University program I should enroll in.
And ever since I decided to pursue my passion for media in the Media
Communications program and pursue blogging.
I hope that I can blog for my favorite baseball team or ESPN once my studies are finished.
