Where?A Brazilian retail company with more than 5,000 employees throughout the country.

What?Training about products and services sold, especifications, which product fits better each kind of customer.

Who?Employees are very different in sociodemographic terms: • both genders, • 90% of them aged 20-40 years old (Generation Y and Z), 70% are aged 20-30• 20% are less than 1 year in the company (some of them already worked in retail and some

do not)• Single, married, divoced, with or without children• From all the regions in the country (we have very different cultures in each state)

Planning must consider:

Since there are so many different situations (27 combinations), classes will be divided into groups according to the factors above.For this reason, before recruiting people for the training sessions, they will have to fill a survey in order to be categorized according to these factors.

Physical conditions must be cared about, but much more than

light, temperature and sound, we will use: Experiencing the behavior needed

Diagrams for explaining what we say

Multimedia material, such as pictures and videos

Discussions about best and worst practices, daily situations,

etc.

In order to make students more involved, it will also be asked

for them to produce and present something.
