HUNTER’S STEWMade of sour cabbage,sausage and mushrooms.It was popular in 18th century, especialy in winter.
STEAK TATAREMade of raw meat,served with choped onion and sour cucumbers.It was a’gift’ from the Tatars, hence its name.

DONUTDonuts are typicly Polish dessert.It was popular in Ancient Rome.Donuts was invented in Poland in 16th century.
