A is For Artic

For half the year they live in the cold part of the Artic and for the rest of the year they live on the mainland and hunt for berries.

Polar Bears closely resemble a brown bear and a black bear.

C is For Carnivore

A polar bear is a meat eater and eats seals and sometimes artic fox.

Polar bears live in dens that is a dug out of ice. ( like caves)

There are as few as 10,000 left in in some places like Alaska.

Their fur is transparent hallow tubes that when the sun hits them makes it look white.

Global warming is destroying the ice caps where they live.

They hunt in the northern part of the Atlantic ocean and they are great swimmers.
