Programming Activities – Parts of a Training Session
Session introduction
Warm up
Skill/fitness activities (use a 'Game Sense' approach where appropriate)
Cool down
Review
Selecting/Designing ActivitiesWhen selecting or designing an activity, ensure that it:
Involves all participants most of the time
Is motivating and/or fun
Is safe
Is relatively easy to organise
Has a logical flow from previous activities
