ENVIRONMENT AND METHODOLOGY

The students are beginners and some of them are in an intermediate English level.The idea of the blog is to complement the English class, to promote autonomy as a way to reinforce what they learn in class. And as final product the students have to write a movie review.

TOPIC

The students will be able to ask and to give opinions about movies and TV shows.

RESOURCES

This blog will include a power point presentation with Top 10 highest grossing Hollywood movies and their categories.Videos about actors´ and filmmakers´ interviews, grammar explanations about participles as adjectives, relative clauses and information questions. Readings about famous books turned into movies and movie´s plots.Games like movie and TV shows´ plots, movie scenes quiz and matching the TV shows´ actors and their characters.Audios about movies and actors descriptions.
