Fill in the application form in any one of the above forms and
forward the following documents as attachments to our e-mail (

(a) 2 Sets of Certified copies of the mark sheet and passing
certificate of the qualifying examination
(b) 2 Sets of Certified copies of Birth certificate or X
standard mark sheet showing date of birth
(c) 6 Passport size photograph of the applicant
(d) Admission fee of Rs. 10,000 in the form of a bank draft in
