Purdue University tends to convey a strongacademic message to visitors and studentsworldwide through its many libraries.

Many college kids and faculty tend to take a break from the busy lifestyle on campus. A very relaxing spot is the balcony of the Purdue Memorial Union where the view is amazing. Many aspects can be seen that Purdue normally doesn’t convey.

The balcony of the PMU was built originally in1929 including guest rooms in the Union ClubHotel and a student life center

Purdue’s many aspects can be observed during all times of the year. Fraternities enjoyplaying noisy music practically all year andthe scenery is beautiful during the summer.

The balcony itself is beautiful but looking pastwhat’s right in front of you gives a differentview of the space and a sense of nostalgia.

There are several areas around the balcony thatcan bring back many memories of summertimeback home with the tall trees and a relaxingbreeze whilst watching the people stroll by

After relaxing on the this balcony, anyone cansee that the University has a lot more for eyesto explore than just brown buildingsand academics. There are parties at thefraternities, people taking evening jogs, andsocial events happen on campus all year. Take apause and look at life in many aspects becausesometimes it’s not always right in front of you.
