We also having problem with the chinese students in Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Buloh Kasap which they are not able to understand the questionnaire.

CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, we can see that this PBS System is not accepted by the students in the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Buloh Kasap. They feel that this PBS System is not effective for students. Therefore, they are hoping that this PBS system should be terminated. This is because this PBS system gives more disadvantages compared to the advantages. The disadvantages can be shown through the increases of truancy in Sekolah Menengah Buloh Kasap, less competition in academic achievement and just focus on assessment.
RECOMMENDATION1) The lower secondary students in Sekolah Menengah Buloh Kasap should be exposed to the mission and vision of the PBS system. So, the students will know why government implemented this system. 2) Teachers should plays an important roles to make the students will study hard for their achievement. Even though, there will be no PMR examination; there will be some test and quizzes that can evaluate the level of their achievement. 3) Another recommendation is, teachers must be professional to teach their students and finish their syllabus so that the students will learn the entire syllabus not only the syllabus that are being assessed. This means that, the teachers should go for a seminar for well prepared teaching and evaluating.
