Pablo Picasso was one of the greatest and most influential artists in the 20th century

STILEPablo Picasso got a lot of styles in his life.

• He had a blue period: his paintings show sadness.

• He had a pink period:his paintings show more hapiness, but sadness in the people.

• He had a cubist style:his paintings became famous.

Paintings

It is painted after the suicide death of Picasso’s close friend, Casagemas in 1903. This work was created in Madrid, and the distorted style is reminiscent of works by El Greco.
