The Pier Head was built in 1150 in Liverpool. It serves like landing place of transatlantic, ferries and others.

That place is in danger because it is damaged thanks to the water transport activity and tourism. The different monuments of the city are damaged too. Nobody is working to help it, but UNESCO will try to connect the countries and participate in a project to help it.
