Developing an Organisational Vision

• Six ‘f’ test• Fantastic – attention grabbing? Stretching everyone?• Feasible – can it be done?• Focused – is it specific enough, or too general?• Flexible – is there room for manoeuvre in a changing

environment?• Faxable – succinct?• Fun – positive and playful? Or dull?
