Lars-Percy Andersson, CEO & Founder. He is an Economist by profession who has extensive

management training from IMD in Switzerland and holds a Bachelor´s degree in Behavioral Science and

Psychology. Prior to staring up InnovationManagement.se he was Senior Vice President of Mediaring

Inc., one of the world´s leading IP telephone companies. After 10 years building and developing

Mediaring, the management team took the company to IPO at the Singapore Stock Exchange as the first

Internet technology company in 1999. His innovation management experience includes that of Senior

Consultant. He was responsible for executing a major innovation programme for multinational companies

in the food and clean tech industry. The programs success garnered the Company and himself several

awards, including on from the Swedish Ministry of Agriculture. Lars also held the past position of Vice

Chairman for the Swedish committee in the CEN/TC 389 program, which was created by the European

Commission in November 2008 to support a culture of innovation throughout Europe as well as

accelerate the access of innovation to both domestic and global markets.

Innovation Management since early 2009 when she joined the core team. Her main activities since then

have involved the careful management and coordination of the daily publishing, design and marketing, and site administration activities at InnovationManagement.se as well as planning the social media and communication strategies alongside Senior Content Manager, Karin Wall. Amelia has also worked in content management, marketing, sales, and customer relations in various roles, while her free time is best spent traveling and in the pottery studio.

Erik Chang

Erik Chang, Senior Editor, is a corporate entrepreneur with solid experience in technology management, corporate innovation system, and coach innovation managers in R&D organization. His research interests include multi-generation diffusion model, innovation capability and technology development combing business model innovations. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from TaTung Institute of Technology in Taiwan, M.B.A. degree from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He is studying his PhD degree in Nankai University in China. Erik comes from Taiwan and currently lives in Beijing, China.

Jesus has a MBA degree from Linköping University and studied International Business at Harvard University.
