One  World  is  a  new,  nonprofit  

organization  that  was  launched  

in  July  2013.  Utilizing  lessons  

learned  by  KIPP  and  other  high-­‐

performing  school  networks  in  

the  United  States,  One  World  

aims  to  create  a  global  network  

by  supporting  the  training  and  

development  of  international  

school  leaders,  building  

organizational  capacity  to  scale  

local  school  networks,  and  

supporting  the  development  of  

local  school  leadership  

institutes.

At  The  One  World  Network  of  Schools,  we  believe  in:    

§ Teaching,  Guiding  and  Empowering  Leaders  around  the  globe  leading  to  the  creation  of  transformational  schools  that  are  Enduring,  Sustainable  and  Respectful  of  the  Local  Expertise  and  Resources.  

§ Every  Child’s  Inherent  Talent  and  Ability  to  Thrive  when  provided  the  opportunity  to  excel  in  a  transformational,  breakthrough  school.  

§ Opportunity,  Positive  Choices  and  the  Freedom  to  Create  One’s  Destiny  are  the  rights  of  all  children.  

§ Quality  is  the  driving  force  of  our  growth,  defined  as  schools  providing  excellent  academics  and  development  of  character.

One  World  will  support  and  accelerate  our  partner’s  impact  in  three  ways:  

1. Select  and  cultivate  prospective  partners.    

2. Train,  develop  and  build  organizational  capacity  of  school  leaders  and  partner  organizations  so  that  they  can  launch  and  lead  high  performing  schools  in  their  countries.  

3. Facilitate  knowledge  sharing  across  the  global  network
