John Hardress Wilfred Lloyd(born 30 September 1951) is a British “Ignostic”

comedy writer and television producer.

J.H.W.L. “The Question is

What is Invisible?”

Every THING that MATTERS

Except EVERY THING

And except MATTER

We can see MATTER

But we can not see what's the MATTER

What MATTERS?What we cant see is what we don’t understand. John Lloyd will make you wonder about things we actually know but

cant see. What holds the stars together, Consciousness,

gravity, telepathy, God, genomes, time (past or present),

atoms, gas, light beams, electricity, radio waves and

THE POINT!

Soliciting

the sense

of WONDER.

John Lloyd’s video presentation narrates a colorful

animated cartoon with a visual of two kids at “Ted

N’ Ed’s Carnivals” for the theme attraction

“Inventory of the Invisibles”. Mr. Lloyd maintained

the audience with a classical carnival theme park

music and humor.

John’s choice of

Ted Commandments

J. Lloyd uses the first Commandment “Dream Big”

by using as an example, the things in life that really

matter are the things you cant see.

J. Lloyd also utilizes Commandment #4 with his

sarcastic facts and humor to make his audience

laugh.

Dynamism

John Lloyds animated presentation on a

scale of 1 – 5 on the dynamism rates a 4 in

my book. His visual animation was very

inspiring and stimulating. I felt like he

needed to elaborate on his visual examples

to make it dynamic 5.

GOOD POINTS!

Nancy Durante mentions some tips that would

make a great presentation. A report is exhausted

with tons of information. A story is a dramatic

writing which follows cinema and literature.

Lloyd used an explanatory structure that animated

the things that are invisible. He condensed his

theory by using examples of everything that

matters like gravity and consciousness

Lloyd’s presentation has taught me how to utilize

many facts with visual examples to capture the

audience. He used the carnival theme park and

toured the audience on a carousel ride thru his

theories.

TO COMPARE:

John Lloyd and Sir Ken

Robinson are very

articulate and

enthusiastic about their

explaining their theories.

They both use animation

as a visual presentation

to capture their

audience’s attention.

WHERE THEY DIFFER

Lloyd’s presentation makes you wonder of the

invisible facts of life. Robinsons presentation

talks about the urgent change for the

educational paradigm.

Classmate Tip

My tip for the class for the delivery of their

presentation would be to make sure to add some

dynamism in their opening statement to draw the

audiences attention.

Provide facts and examples of personal experiences.

Aim for a memorable closing statement.

What is the POINT?
