To RENAME or state what IT HAS BECOME Verbs of NAME (name, call, elect) and Verbs of MAKING (make, create, place).

COMPLEX TRANSITIVE VERBS

A verb that requires both a DIRECT OBJECT and

ANOTHER OBJECT / OBJECT COMPLEMENT

Object Complement identifies QUALITY / ATTRIBUTE of DIRECT OBJECT

Complex transitive verbs in English include believe, consider, declare, find, judge, keep, label, name, presume, pronounce, prove, rate, and think.
