In 2002 the USA named

North Korea as part of the

Axis of Evil.

In 2006 North Korea

conducted the underground

nuclear test.

In 2011 Kim Jong-li dies and

his youngest son kim Jong-un

takes over.

Thousands of people

are dying and starving.

They are struggling just

to get small portions of

food.

North Korea has a

mountain called

Kwanmo-Bong. It’s

Elevation 2,541m high.

Korea is Called

Pyongyang.

The two blue stripes signify

sovereignty, peace and

friendship. the white stripes

signify purity, red represents

the Communist revolution and

the red star is the recognized

North Korea Kim Jun-Un. North

Korea looked at this as a sign of

disrespect . They hacked Sony and

threated to hurt people if the

movie was to be released.

The movie was canceled in most

movie theaters but did very well

Korean's religion is protestant.

Protestantism is a form of Christian

faith and practice which originated

with the Protestant Reformation, a

movement against what its followers

considered to be errors in the Roman

Catholic Church. It is one of the three

major divisions of Christendom,

together with Roman Catholicism and

Eastern Orthodoxy.

RELIGION

Munsu Water Park is a state

run water park located in the

east of the North Korean

Capital, Pyongyang, which

opened to the public in

November 2013. The park

covers an area of 15 hectares

with indoor and outdoor

activities available all year

round.

The Korea Central Zoo,

also referred to as the

Pyongyang Central Zoo,

is the national zoo of

North Korea. It is

located near Mt.

Taesong in downtown

Pyongyang.

monument in Pyongyang, the

capital of North Korea, named

after the ideology of Juche

introduced by its first leader

Kim Il-sung. Juche is a blend

of autarky, nationalism,

traditionalism and Marxism-
