When a new Idea makes it and evolves to become a new entrepreneur company the atmosphere and approach in the company is very adaptive, everyone is focused on what they need to do with a sense of passion. The need to be adaptive and responsive is driven by a close relationship with market place, where a deep understanding of the market has created the opportunity for the new idea. At this point everyone in the team knows everyone’s role and things just happen automatically, the communication is very intuitive, everyone understands the big picture and knows how and where they fit in. The team is less than 10 people, the adaptive approach means everyone works together to quickly identify and resolve problems.
