• Obj 3.3 – Increase the # of teachers graduating from quality traditional & alternative educator preparation programs.– Measure 3.3.1- % of teachers passing required

licensure exams– Measure 3.3.2 - % of 1st year teachers responding

favorably to the quality of their preparation on the common graduate survey

– Measure 3.3.3 - % of beginning teachers rated proficient or higher on Stds 3, 4, & 6
