Nature refers to what people inherit from

their parents

Nurture refers to a variety of factors such as

education, culture, living conditions

Scientist have know for years that traits such as eye color and hair color are determined by specific genes encoded in each human cell.

The Nature theory takes things a step further to more abstract traits such as intelligence, personality, sexual orientation are also encoded in an individual’s DNA

Nature

The belief that

certain aspects of

human behaviour

are learned or

developed

thorugh social

interaction.

For example,

wearing clothes,

using proper table

manners and

criminal activity.

Nurture

The debate

between the two

theories is not a

question of one or

the other; rather it

should be viewed

as two aspects of

a complicated

subject.
