one hemisphere controls thinking

Mistakes we make...•Taking that right brained,

extroverted counselor and promoting her/him to program director/desk job

•Assuming the person who is not into the “GTKYG” or is introverted will not make a good counselor

•We don’t take the time to gather some form of this information
