New ways … The mentees are happy about the concept itselfand what they profit from it (mentoring, events and network), especially the experience of being

part of a new group - of having a new reference group. They meet a lot of Danish women and this strengthens their senseof female identity and shows them differentopportunities of combining job and family life.
