Conference Badge, Housing and Booth Attire Details
Conference Badge Type DetailsDaily: Daily registration passes may be purchased individually for each day of the meeting. A daily registration includes access to the morning scientific program, OTO EXPOSM, lunch in the exhibit hall, and shuttle service. A daily registration pass does not include instruction course tickets.Exhibitor Full Access Registration: Exhibitor Full Access Registration gives exhibitors the opportunity to attend the scientific program, register for instruction courses, and receive lunch in the exhibit hall.Guests: “Guest” refers to a spouse, significant other, or personal friend, NOT a business associate, colleague, or student. All registered guests will receive tickets to the President’s Reception and are invited to attend the Scientific Program. Guests are not eligible for Instruction Courses or allowed to claim Continuing Education Credit. A guest registration DOES include entrance to the exhibit hall; however, an OTO EXPOSM lunch must be purchased separately.Members: To be eligible for member rates, members must pay their 2013 dues before registering. If dues payments are not current at the time of registration, the AAO-HNS will charge the higher, non-member registration fee and will not issue any refunds. Contact member services with questions.Member Resident/Medical Student/Fellows-In-Training: Must provide verification to AAO-HNS in order to receive the Member Resident/Medical Student/Fellows-in-Training registration rate. Contact member services for information.Military: Military members of the AAO-HNS will receive a $100 discount automatically at the time of their registration.Non-Members: Non-members must register to attend any portion of the Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM.Non-Member Resident/Medical Students: Must provide verification to AAO-HNS in order to receive the Non-Member Resident/Medical Student registration rate. Contact member services for information.One-Day Registration: Provides admission for Members and Non-Members to the Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM for the selected day. Instruction Course tickets must be purchased separately.

• Exhibitor Staff (40 passes)• Limited access to Exhibition Halls, Keynote sessions, and
Executive Solutions sessions plus access to the Exhibition Hall two hours before and after the hours of operation. This pass is intended for booth personnel and does not allow attendance to scientific sessions
• Non-Member, Non-Physician Exhibitor Full Access (2 passes)• Exhibitor Full conference registration allows exhibitors access to
all scientific sessions, honorary guest lectures the opportunity to review the latest research in the poster area, entrance to the Opening Ceremony, and President's Reception. Instruction Course tickets must be purchased separately.

2. EXHBITOR BADGES WILL BE PICKED UP ONSITE AT THE VANCOUVER CONVENTION CENTRE STARTING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2013. Times have not yet been posted and will be updated later.
