Greetings!

Based on the feedback received and encouragement from the MTC fraternity, we start ‘MTC Global

Career Management’ services from 01.01.2015. It will encompass many areas linked with the

academic life cycle of a faculty.

To start with, our initial focus will be on faculty recruitment. We have already two links in our

website www.mtcglobal.org on faculty recruitment [position vacant and sought] but it did not get

good response as reference is a strong way for quality recruitment and many also do not want to

showcase their details.

The process is as follows:

1. Request MTCians to send the faculty requirement details to president@mtcglobal.org

2. MTCians looking for a change, please send the profile directly to president@mtcglobal.org

3. MTC Global will do a profiling match and refer the faculty.

We are confident, that with a strong base of 30,000+ professionals across the world, we can do this

work better than anybody else. It will simplify the process for the college in search of quality faculty.

MTC Global Career Management Services will operate across India and overseas. We request our

overseas MTCians also to share the faculty requirement with us.
