Mr. PENCIL’s ADVENTURE

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME AND ITS OBJECTIVE

The game is addressed to children from 5 to 10 years old. It’s a very educational game, because it objective is to find Mr PAPER (a paper) to do the homework.

In the game, you are Mr PENCIL (a pencil). He’s going to go through for four different levels. In Each one there is one different enemies: Mr LUMP, Ms KISS, Mr BRAIN and Mr OUT OF CONTROL. They are Rubbers, the ARMY OF RUBBERS!

In the first three levels, Mr PENCIL is going to jump on the platforms, avoid the obstacles and the weapons of his enemies. He’s also going to catch mini-pencils (the weapon of Mr PENCIL) to fight against the enemy of the level. In the last platform, he has to cross the door.

The last level is similar, but you don’t need cross the door, you meet Mr PAPER.

In the different levels the enemy changes and the screen changes too.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY THE GAME

There are the minimum technical requirements that your computer need to play the game: A video card that has 32 MB. If you have got a video card that doesn’t support TGL, you need a computer processing unit. You need a windows 2000 (and have got the permission of the Computer Administrator) too.

I’m Mr OUT OF CONTROL. I’m the boss of my Army of rubbers, I’m the baddest rubber. I’m the strongest, the most brutal and very, very, very dangerous!I wear a crow, because I’m the king. I have a tattoo on my arm and some piercings in my ear. My favourite weapon is the dagger.

I’m Mr BRAIN. I’m the most intelligent among the baddies.I’m wear a little hat and glasses. I have big ears, a big nose and a little mouth. I have got a moustache. I wear short trousers and boots. I’m a orange rubber. My favourite weapon is the gun.

I’m Ms KISS, the most beautiful rubber. I’m the most glamorous among the baddies. I’m dark-haired and I have a penetrating sight. I have earnings in my ears. I wear a short skirt and high-heeled shoes. I’m a pink rubber. I have the flag of Army of rubbers, and my weapon is my charm.

I’m Mr LUMP. I’m the littlest among the baddies. I’m big eyes, a little mouth and a round nose. I’m a green rubber. My favourite weapons are bombs and spear.

5. THE 4 LEVELS

The game have four different levels, we draw Ms. Kiss’s level, second level.

Mr. Pencil starts in low of screen and he are jump of others platforms for get last platform. In last platform, Mr. Pencil must fight with baddies, throwing minis-pencils.

The four levels have different obstacles:-Mr. LUMP: Have got spikes, bombs and spears.-Ms. KISS: Have got spikes, kiss and hearts.-Mr. BRAIN: Have got spikes, guns and brains.-Mr. OUT OF CONTROL: Have got spikes, crows and daggers.

Mr. Pencil is going to catch mini-pencils, because, he need their for fight with baddies.

5. THE SOUNDS OF THE GAME

The sounds of the game, is very simple;

- The background sound is mysterious but, at the same time, funny.

- If you lose, the sound changes to become more pessimistic.

- - When you (Mr PENCIL) jump, you listen a sound effect specially.

- - When you take mini-pencils, you listen a sound effect specific too.

- - When you throw mini-pencils, you listen a sound effect that simulates this launch.

game tester. When he was thirteen years old, he began to

be interested in the game’s world.

engineering, Social engineering and maths.

1. Do you like this game? Yes, I do2. Why? Because it’s exiting, funny and very educational game.

These characteristics make it a fantastic game.3. What do you prefer in this game? Mr PENCIL! I think that he’s

funny, intelligent, fast, good and nice. And, when you see him, you love him immediately.

4. Who is your favourite baddy? My favourite baddy is MR BRAIN, because he’s intelligent but, at the same time, frightening.

5. Who is the baddy that you like less? Mr LUMP is the character I specially dislike.

6. Which screen did you like best? Mr OUT OF CONTROL’s screen, because it’s the most difficult and you can meet Mr PAPER!

7. Which screen did you like less? Mr KISS’s screen, because it’s too pink and feminine. It’s very stressful and makes me nervous.

8. How long did it take you finish the game? 30 minutes more or less.

9. What would you change? I would add more levels because the game is so funny that you don’t want it to finish.

10. What do you learn? I learnt that are making a game that is educational and funny at the same time is possible.

11. Who would you recommended the game to? I would recommend the game to children from 4 to 11 years old who want to have a good time.
