MOTIVAaçãoMotivos fortes + pressão externa positiva + emoção ACÇÃO

O que é que te emociona?O que te faz mover?Qual é a força?

Page 2: Motivação

“Action is the foundational key to all success.”

Tony Robbins

Estamos a agir pensando demasiado, pensando no

momento futuro e demasiado condicionados pelos

momentos passados.

Page 5: Motivação

Falta…Garra! Entusiasmo! Sentimento! Lá do

fundinho! Genuíno! Sim! Quero! Decido! Não quero!

Não vou! Sei! Vou! Paixão, por cada segundo de vida!

Viver cada momento! Desfrutar de cada segundo no

trabalho, em casa, com os amigos!

Abunda… Pode ser…! Está bem…! Se tu queres…! Se

tu dizes…! O.K…! Tem de ser…! Talvez…!

A tuarespiração? O teu EU?

Page 7: Motivação

It is not the strongest of the species that

survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones

most responsive to change.

— Charles Darwin

Page 8: Motivação

Sublime!Faz porque queres e sentes, não porque deves

e tens!

— Desconhecido

— “S. Gregório Magno, PL 77,15”

Page 10: Motivação

Fenomenal!A única maneira de conservar a saúde é comer

o que não se quer, beber o que não se gosta e

fazer aquilo que se preferiria não fazer.

— Mark Twain

Page 11: Motivação

Fantástico! The quality of your life is in direct proportion to

the quality of the questions you ask of yourself.

— Unknown

Page 12: Motivação

Extraordinário!

What I cannot create, I do not understand.

— Unknown

Page 13: Motivação

Espetacular! If you want to be successful, hang around

successful people. They will show you the way

every time. But first, define what is to be

successful for you!

— Unknown

Page 14: Motivação

Alucinante!People are like stained-glass windows. They

sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but

when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is

revealed only if there is a light from within.

— Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Page 15: Motivação

There are two types of people - those who

come into a room and say, “Well, here I am!”

and those who come in and say, “Ah, there you

are.

— Frederick L. Collins

Page 16: Motivação

Que sincronia!

People don’t do things for you or against you,

they do things for themselves - it’s fortune,

good or bad, to be in the way

— Unknown

Estou parvo!

Efficacy versus Efficiency - Leadership versus

Management - Motivation versus Discipline

Page 19: Motivação

Nem acredito!Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up

your right to be wrong, because then you will

lose the ability to learn new things and move

forward with your life.

Dr. David M. Burns

Page 20: Motivação

Inacreditável! My definition of success is to live your life in a

way that causes you to feel a ton of pleasure

and very little pain— and because of your

lifestyle, have the people around you feel a lot

more pleasure than they do pain.

Anthony Robbins

Goals are a means to an end, not the ultimate purpose of our

lives. They are simply a tool to concentrate our focus and

move us in a direction. The only reason we really pursue goals

is to cause ourselves to expand and grow. Achieving goals by

themselves will never make us happy in the long term; it's

who you become, as you overcome the obstacles necessary to

achieve your goals, that can give you the deepest and most

long-lasting sense of fulfillment.

Anthony Robbins

Page 23: Motivação

Perfeito!“When you change the way you look at things,

the things you look at change.”

Wayne Dyer

Page 24: Motivação

A real decision is measured by the fact that

you've taken a new action. If there's no action,

you haven't truly decided.

Anthony Robbins

Page 25: Motivação

Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.

Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC)

Page 26: Motivação

Esplêndido!

“Things which matter most must never be at

the mercy of things that matter least.”

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Page 27: Motivação

Excelente!“For both personal and professional

relationships, fewer and deeper is better than

more and less deep.”

Richard Koch

Page 28: Motivação

Grandioso!Artists who seek perfection in everything are

those who cannot attain it in anything.

Eugene Delacroix (1798 - 1863)

Page 29: Motivação

Majestoso!Anyone who strays too far from the majority

view or the conventional wisdom is bound to

be labeled “arrogant,” “a maverick,” “a

Wildman,” “weird,” or even “crazy.”

John Eliot

Page 30: Motivação

Arte pura!Perfectionism is simply putting a limit on your

future. When you have an idea of perfect in

your mind, you open the door to constantly

comparing what you have now with what you

want. That type of self criticism is significantly

deterring.

John Eliot

Page 31: Motivação

Soberbo!Great performers in all fields seem immune to

what outsiders think about them. Their sense

of themselves never depends on the

feedback—positive or negative—they get from

the environment.

John Eliot

Page 32: Motivação

Estupendo!“Pursue those few things where you are

amazingly better than others and that you

enjoy the most.”

Richard Koch

Page 33: Motivação

Incrível!“You are the best you. You will always be the

second best anyone else.”

Leo Buscaglia

Page 34: Motivação

Impressionante!

“For the individual, too, it is better to know a

few things well, or preferably one thing

exceptionally well, than it is to know many

things superficially.”

Richard Koch

Page 35: Motivação

Remember that fear always lurks behind

perfectionism. Confronting your fears and

allowing yourself the right to be human can,

paradoxically, make you a far happier and

more productive person.

Dr. David M. Burns

Page 36: Motivação

Intenso!Success comes from taking the initiative and

following up... persisting... eloquently

expressing the depth of your love. What simple

action could you take today to produce a new

momentum toward success in your life?

Anthony Robbins

Page 37: Motivação

Estou a sonhar! The top players in every field think differently

when all the marbles are on the line. Great

performers focus on what they are doing, and

nothing else…They let it happen, let it go. They

couldn’t care less about the results.

John Eliot

Page 38: Motivação

Não pode ser!We tend to view confidence as a product of

accomplishment rather than part of the

process that leads there. But supremely

confident people were confident long

before they achieved anything.

John Eliot

Page 39: Motivação

Nem nos filmes!“Everything that your body does to you

when the pressure is on is good for

performance...

Pressure is different from anxiety;

nervousness is different from worry.”

Page 40: Motivação

Não acredito!Confidence is not a guarantee of success, but a

pattern of thinking that will improve your

likelihood of success, a tenacious search for

ways to make things work.

John Eliot

Page 41: Motivação

A sério?!The idea of perfect closes your mind to new

standards.. When you drive hard toward one

ideal, you miss opportunities and paths, not to

mention hurting your confidence. Believe in

your potential and then go out and explore it;

don’t limit it.

John Eliot

Kaizen!

Page 43: Motivação

Como Vou Agir?

“Act as if everything you desire is already

here… treat yourself as if you already are what

you’d like to become.”

Page 44: Motivação

O que me move?O que me emociona?Qual é a força?

Page 45: Motivação

É segredo!

The secret of success is learning how to use pain

and pleasure instead of having pain and pleasure

use you. If you do that, you're in control of your

life. If you don't, life controls you.

Anthony Robbins
