The  second  half  of  each  day  will  focus   on  a   unique  topic  designed  to  deepen  your  knowledge  and  enjoyment  of   this  precious  9me.

Week 1: Yoga for Mama & Baby at HomeOur  postpartum  bodies  crave  to  move  and  feel  strong,  aligned  and  grounded.  Our  babies  crave  bonding.  Yoga  can  be  a  daily   pracGce  that   supports  you   and   your   baby   on   your   journey   through   the  first   year.   Join  Nicole   Coons,  CPYT   and  mother  of  two  in  this  play-‐shop  style  class,  and  you’ll  learn:

Week 2: Get to the Core of Postpartum Healing It’s  Gme  to  “get  real”  about  what  postpartum  healing   looks  like-‐-‐from  the  early  weeks  to  the  end  of   the  first  year  and  beyond.  For  starters,  there’s  a  lot  more  to  geXng  your  strength  and  waistline  back  than  working  your  abs!

For  moms  who  believe  that  knowledge  is  power,  you  won’t  want  to  miss  this  chance:

• Delve   into   the   anatomical   changes   of   the   postpartum   body,   as  well   as   appropriate   yoga   postures   for   each   stage  postpartum.

This  workshop   will   be   led   by   Kendra  Fitzgerald,   CYT,   ACE-‐CPT,   owner   of   Barefoot  Tiger   in-‐home   fitness  and  wellness  company  and  mama  to  4-‐month  old  liQle  boy.
