Primary school enrollment rate in developing countries reached 91% in 2015 (2000 - 83%)
The number of women in parliament has increased by almost 90% of the 174 countries for which data are available for the last 20 years
The proportion of women elected in parliament has nearly doubled
The number of out-of-school children of primary school age worldwide has fallen by almost half - from 100 million to 57 million
The literacy rate among youth aged 15 to 24 has increased globally from 83% to 91% between 1990 and 2015

First of all the efforts of all countries must be toward the education of the most disadvantaged groups of population, especially persons with developmental disabilities

The defined priorities of the Education goals 2030:
The provision of 12 years of free, publicly funded education
Ensuring the provision of at least 1 year of free and compulsory quality pre-primary education
Quality training of educators and teachers, professional development and ensuring motivation and support

Creating quality lifelong learning opportunities and the availability of flexible learning pathways
The certification and accreditation of the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired through non-formal and informal education
The development of science, technology and innovation, ICT for quality and effective learning
Increasing public spending on education at least 4 - 6% of GDP and/or at least 15 - 20% of total public expenditure.
