Extreme Close up
Used to show the emotion of someone weather they are extremely
angry or really emotional and sad.
Close up
Used to show a persons whole facial feeling an shows either tension if it’s a serious situation or love for example if they are looking open with red checks.
Mid-shot
Taken to show the persons posture and stance used to show if they are
superior nervous etc.
Long short
This is where you can see the scene behind the object or character often
used to show the scene.
Extreme Long short
Where you an see the entire sensory and are used to show the atmosphere and location to show how extreme or
challenging it is.
Birds eye view
Looking down upon the person or object directly above there heads so you usually get a 2D kind of effect the higher up you are. It also
gives the whole scenery and location of the area where the scene/action is taking place.
Low Angle
This is when the camera is looking up on someone usually to show they are more
superior and are important , meaning they control or they are ‘better’ than most if not
all.
High angle
Used to show someone who's is low and not of much importants as you are looking down
upon the person making them feel worthless. Its also used to show emotion in
a person.
Track Used to follow an object or person they
use this to get you in the zone feeling for example them limping it show you them
slowly walking etc.
Pan
The camera moves not the object or person this Is used to show sensory and
set the mood. Its also used to do transaction from one scene to another.
TiltUsed to show the character and show the superiority of a character by tilting up onto them showing them are above
all.
Cut
This is a transaction which changes clip to another instantly just goes
onto the next with no delay.
Pace
The speed which the transition from one clip to another weather its fast or slow this is the pace and depending on the pace can
make a huge difference in the setting of the scene.
Performance
Is how you display the content how you like it to be shown to the
audience.
Diegetic
The content which you are willing to publish out to the public.
Non-Diegetic
Content which you don’t want to be shown its off chat so freestyle it hasn’
t been wrote down.
Mise-en-scene
This is every prop, decoration and sensory in the clip all natural and set out scene this don’t include edits after the scene e.g.
special effects do not fit into this group.
