The State and Church stigmatized it to exploit it. The killing of black life destroys the colorless root of all of us. •Michael Brown case: 9 white and 3 black jurors perpetuate the tradition "segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.” •The justice system's root is lynching: the practice of the principle upon which the synthetic country called America was founded: slavery. •African Americans in Ferguson and the US must exercise their natural right to self-determination to be the subjects of freedom and justice. •Since birth, the state and church appropriate our lives and make them miserable with forced tribute and loyalty to their moral degradation. •The American justice system is rooted in the injustice of slavery. It was designed to fit the whip and the gun of the slave owner and the racist ambitions of the Christian citizens of the separate but equal society. This is the condition that drives its effects: the marginalization, impoverishment, incarceration and murder of the African American generations for decades.
