Ideas: Be careful some may not be correct!

Good services are essential, if you are educated you can get a better job and earn more money, safety is not important it will not affect me, I will be able to earn more money in the US than Mexico – I will be rich! High crime is an important factor I do not want to live anywhere dangerous, crop failure is serious – I may not have any food to eat.
