PC (PRIME COST)

PROVISIONAL SUM

Provisional sums are works that cannot be described and quantified in accordance with the rules of the various standard methods of measurement during tendering stage. Provisional sums should be inclusive of profit.

SCHEDULE OF DAYWORK RATES

For tenderers to fill in daywork rates for labour and machineries.

Daywork rates form the basis of payment for daywork ordered by the Architect.

Avoid protracted argument on the reasonable rates used.

FORM OF BANK GUARANTEE FOR EARNEST MONEY
