What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction?

MINDFULNESS- is the mental facility of Attention & Intention

BASED- are the safe grounding sensations, we always come back home to. (home base).

STRESS- unhealthy fears and beliefs, that are we unconsciously, add to our daily experiences.

REDUCTION- of future stress, by understanding how to wisely work with what is happening inside of us.
