Overview
Marcostat endeavours to provide hands on practical exposure and learning experience to the students and professionals who want to enter into the corporate world
with the latest knowledge and adequate skills or excel in their current engagements or foray in this stream. We have expert trainers in our panels that are industry

Our curriculum is designed to impart the students what is required by the companies. The uniqueness of our short term courses lies in the combination of our
subjects. We understand that the students or members of any of the short term courses would be working in MNE, or start-up in India or abroad. In any case they
will require some basic skills/module such as preparing for interviews, if selected corporate etiquette, preparing and delivering presentations and reports, and more
the important understanding some of the major labour laws including employer employee relations in the light of the international, national, and state laws.
We have the most unique angle of accomplishing the short term course objective wherein we deliver the training which
includes some core modules such as module for Soft Skills, Interview Cracking and Labour laws.

Core Module: Labour Standards and Laws
The unit aims to provide programme members with the ability to understand employee employer relationship in the light of state laws and international laws. They
will be able to know some of the basic principles of employee oriented laws in MNE’s. Important concepts such as below will be covered:

Collective bargaining and Freedom of Association
Rights and duties of an employee
Women Rights
Sexual harassment
Occupational health and safety at the workplace.

Core Module: Soft Skills & Interview Cracking (Complimentary)
The unit aims to provide programme members with the ability to communicate effectively in business English and learn the basics of corporate etiquette. The
interview cracking module will equip the members to perform logically and efficiently in the interviews and will assist them in the written as well as group
discussion and in-person interview.

Eligibility
Any Degree of PG student of any year can take up the course who wants to pursue a career in the selected subject or wants merely to gain knowledge and hands on
practical exposure and experience.
Duration
The complete duration for the entire program will be 80 hours. This includes assessment, activities, presentations and sessions.
Classes will be conducted during weekend that is Saturday and Sunday with 4-5 hours on each day.

Fee Schedule and Terms
The course fee for 80 hours training on Human Resource Management is 18,000 INR plus service tax. The fees shall include the following:

50 per cent needs to be paid on reserving your seat for the program and the remaining needs to be post 2 weeks of training. The payments need to be made either
