Mango Pulp 1 kg Sugar 1.25 KgWater 200 mlCitric Acid 5 gms.

Process of making JamObtain 1 kg Mango Pulp
Mix Pulp in an grinder
Add Sugar and citric acid to pulp
Add water to Mango Pulp
Cook the mixture at 102 to 105 minutes
Allow the mixture to cool
Pack the mixture in bottle
