He was born Cassius Clay but we all know him by his choosen name Muhammad Ali.He was born in 1942 at Kentucky,USA. He fought 61 fights in his boxing career he won 56.He is the first person in history who won heavyweight champion title three times.

Becoming The Boxer:At the age of 12 Ali discovered his talent for boxing. Ali’s bike was stolen and Ali told a police officer, Joe Martin, that he want to beat the thief and then Martin told him “Well, you better learn how to fight before you start challenging people”.Martin was a boxing trainer at a local gym. Martin motivated Ali to patch up with Martin to learn boxing and soon he became a boxer. He fought his first fight at 1954 and won by a split decision.

Heavyweight Boxing Champion: Muhammad Ali fought Liston on 25 february 1964 for the heavyweight title in Miami. By defated Liston Muhammad Ali become the heavyweight boxing champion of the world.

Banned From Boxing:In june 1967 Muhammad Ali found guilty of draft evasion. Because he refused to go at Vietnam War. For three and a half years Ali was banned from boxing. In 1971 Ali was free to enter ring again.

Olympic Gold:Ali won a olympic gold medal in 1960 ny defeating ZbigneiewPietrzkowski from poland.
