Criticism and Review
• Copyright exception under fair dealing
• Non commercial use• Discuss and assess the
importance of the item• Acknowledge the source• Do not use more than is

Clearing copyright material
• Everything is not covered by criticism and review exception
• If it was to be ‘published’ in journal, book
