Lunch ‘n Learn 2013 During Summer 2013 FCHS Director Deborah Barker presented five lunch hour sessions highlighting one artifact and one photograph from the FCHS collections. Topics included the Tinnen school desegregation case that occurred nearly 70 years before the historic Brown v. Board decision of 1954 and the connections of William Clarke Quantrill to Franklin County.
