This campaign is designed to encourage the public to identify and acknowledge their neighbors who go above and beyond the rest of their neighbors. They are doing the small things to build a stronger community. It is not a citizen of the year campaign, rather a campaign to acknowledge a neighbor who lives next door, around the corner, or the next block over.
