Let`s make Kivertsi

• I think , our native town is rather small but

• beautiful . Unfortunately some people don`t

• understand this . They throw away garbage in the forest , in the park , near the lake and river . Our nature is polluted! At present in our town there are no many factories but new enterprises turn up every year . Every year more cars and buses run up and down in our streets and give off exhaust fumes which pollute the air. Some people cut down forests for firewood and to make room for new houses . They don`t understand that they break homes of birds

• and animals…

But we can solve that problem…

When we remember the

three Rs:

We can reduce :

We should reuse:

We can recycle too:

And some elementary rules…

• Put glass bottles to a bottle bank

• Collect and recycle newspapers

Plant trees and flowers

Don`t take baths.

Take quick showers

• Don`t leave the water running while brushing your

• teeth.

• Give away old clothes to someone who may need them.

• Walk, use your bike or public transport instead of

• a car.

• Don`t leave the light on when you leave the room.
