Learning Goals

• We will learn how to make equivalent fractions.

• We will learn how to simplify some fractions so we can compare which are largest.

Starter

On a new page in your Math binder, put the title “Equivalent Fractions”, underline and put the date.

On that page, write down as many fractions as you can that are equal to 1/2. You may use your fraction strips to help you.
