Rp 1.290.000,00 (satu juta dua ratus sembilan ribu rupiah) per bulan.”
Article II (in Indonesian):
“Pengusaha dilarang membayar upah lebih rendah dari Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) sebagaimana dimaksudkan dalam Pasal 1.”

The salary for the honorary teachers should be packaged into a legal regulation as soon
as possible.
The government of Jakarta needs to monitor the
implementation of the province minimum salary
frequently.
ConclusionThe implementation of the legal aspects of the Province Minimum Salary was not follow the
regulation and caused the dissatisfaction from the honorary teachers.
