DESCRIPTION

Moodle is an open-source learning management system that originated in Australia, and has now internationalised in more than 200 countries and 80 languages. It is designed using sound e-learning principles to help educators create effective education for the web. It can be used to deliver courseware in face to face, blended or distance mode. The aim of this presentation is to demonstrate the benefits of Moodle's social constructivist approach to education using blogs, chat, forums, tags, wikis and the integration of web 2.0 services such as flickr, twitter and youtube. We ARE the web, so lets get social with our learning! Cost-effective solution to deliver web-based training for clients and staff. Learn how to make learning engaging, fun and media rich. Promote learner collaboration and user-generated content creation.
