– Coach and Teachers reflect

• Day 3: Plan for classroom implementation– Teachers sign up for Differentiated Coaching

Differentiated Coaching: Week 2Scheduled Additional Support

• Teacher tries planned lesson – Coach observes, together reflect OR

• Coach models another lesson– Teacher observes, together reflect OR

• Teacher and Coach co-teach lesson– Teaching and reflection together

Class Coaching: Week 3Scheduled Class Time

• Teacher does lesson

• Coach observes & collects data

• Administration could also participate

Individualized Coaching: Week 4Scheduled Block Time
