• Allow plenty time • Provide refreshments - biscuits and a healthy
fruit option• Gauge your audience, liaise with staff and
respond accordingly• Beware of safeguarding issues – removing
name tags/eSafety and risk assessments• Speak in advance to visitors about photo
opportunities• Staff intensive• Something to take away
