Learning Layers Objectives

• Understand how informal learning takes place in and between SMEs (General Practices - UK pilot study)

• Identify potential for technology tools to support this learning

• Develop and pilot these tools– Improve tools, provide evidence of impact– Test and refine understanding (theories) of informal

and & workplace learning (Design Based Research)
